Ordering

Ordering from New York Prints is easy. When you see an item you want, simply click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. Your shopping basket will be displayed with all of the items in it. You may view your cart at any time by clicking "View Cart". Whenever you are ready to finalize your order, please proceed to checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

Sales Tax

We are located in Scottsdale, AZ. All AZ residents will be charged an additional 9.3% sales tax.
Orders from all other states will not be taxed.

Payments

All Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit card transactions are processed through the safe and secure PayPal payment gateway. A member PayPal account is NOT required.

Your information is securely transmitted. We do not share email lists, nor do we share information.

Order Processing

Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email confirmation with the complete order information. Please look over your order to make sure all the information is correct and contact us within 24 hours if any changes need to be made.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders generally ship within 48 hours after order is received, via fully insured USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Damage in Transit

If your delivery has a damaged item(s), please contact us immediately. We will gladly send a replacement for the item(s) damaged in transit.

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your merchandise to us within 7 days of the date you received the item for a full refund. There is a standard 20% restocking and processing fee assessed to all returns regardless of the reason for returning the item. Any shipping or handling fees are not refundable. Please email us before you return the item and we'll give you a return authorization number. Merchandise can only be returned by the original purchaser, not the gift recipient.

No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.

Please package your return in the original packaging and send it to us prepaid and fully insured for the purchase value. We cannot issue credit if your merchandise is lost or damaged in transit. All merchandise must be in original saleable condition to receive stated credit.
